1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern all sales made on the website [store name] (hereinafter “the Website”), owned by Tridimax, a limited liability company (SARL) with a share capital of €7,622, whose registered office is located at 73–75 rue de la Plaine, 75020 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number SIRET 41005610500035.
These terms apply to all sales of 3D glasses (anaglyph, chromadepth, polarized), diffraction glasses, and eclipse viewing glasses made via the Website to both professional and individual customers.
2. Products
The products offered are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.
Photographs and visuals are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
Eclipse glasses comply with current safety standards (e.g., ISO 12312-2). Customers are advised to carefully read the user instructions before use.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€), excluding taxes (excl. VAT).
Applicable VAT and shipping costs are calculated and displayed before order confirmation.
Tridimax reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time of the order.
4. Orders
Any order placed on the Website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these TCS.
The customer receives a confirmation email summarizing the order details.
Tridimax reserves the right to cancel any order in case of payment issues or suspected fraud.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering, by credit card, PayPal, or any other method offered on the Website.
Transactions are secured via STRIPE or PAYPAL.
6. Delivery
Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery times are indicative only.
In case of shipping delays, the customer will be notified by email.
Tridimax cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier or by force majeure.
7. Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legislation, consumer customers have fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties.
Products must be returned in their original condition, complete and unused. Upon receipt and verification, products will be refunded or exchanged as soon as possible. In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, a replacement or refund will be offered.
Uncollected parcels
The making available of the parcel by the carrier or at a post office constitutes delivery within the meaning of these terms and conditions. Risk is transferred to the customer from the time of such availability.
If a parcel is returned to the sender due to non-collection within the time allowed by the carrier, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded. Any return costs incurred will be borne by the customer. Should the customer wish to have their order resent, this will be carried out upon prior payment of new shipping costs.
Failure to collect a parcel does not constitute the exercise of the right of withdrawal within the meaning of Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code. Accordingly, outward and return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Business-to-business sales (B2B)
For sales made exclusively between professionals, the right of withdrawal does not apply. Any claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt of the products.
8. Warranty and Liability
Products are covered by the legal warranties of conformity and hidden defects.
Tridimax shall not be held liable for improper use of the glasses (particularly for solar observation with glasses not designed for that purpose).
9. Data Protection
Collected data is used solely for order processing.
Customers have the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data (in accordance with the GDPR) by writing to: boutique@stereomax.fr
